Booked a return trip. Taxi on the journey to the destination was brilliant but did not turn up for the return journey! I phones the office to be told that they were on change over and there was no taxi available for another 2.5 hours.

Pre booked taxi. They kept phoning us saying they were running a bit late (no probs) but then didnt turn up - at which point being 2 hours late it was impossible to book another firm and my friends and kids had to walk 2 miles home. DON'T BOOK THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED A RELIABLE TAXI SERVICE!

We even confirmed with the driver that it was a return journey and he said "there is no need to worry as there will be a taxi there waiting for us" how wrong was he!

I rode with one of their drivers last week. The driver arrived early and was very personable. The service was brilliant! I would use them again.
